    Hello,

I was just about to install Jetpack but I get this error message in the plugin dashboard of my website:

Installation failed: Could not copy file. jetpack/images/recommendations/assistant-antispam-2x.png

Is there a solution?
I can install other plugins without problems

    Hello, there.

    Would you be able to contact your webhost to see if they are able to reset all file and folder permissions on your account to ensure they are all standard (644 for files and 755 for directories)?

    Also, it’s rare, but it would be a good idea for them to check if you are in “read only mode,” just in case.

    Please try installing it again afterwards and let us know how it goes. Thanks!

    It was due to storage shortage.
    My fault – sorry for that.
