• OK, I fished around for a long time to get rid of this problem. Fixed it by trying something really simple…
    So I thought that I’d post it

    Make sure that your IIS server is configured to recognize index.php as a default page. Most are pre-set up for ‘default.html’, ‘index.html’, ‘default.asp’, ‘index.asp’, etc.

    Fixed it no problem
