installation error with databse

ihave a little problem with my website
the problem is with database i create database and user but i don’t know how to connect between database and user , problem is with my cpanel it’s vDeck it’s my first time working with vDeck cpanel i tried very hard to find how to connect database and user if you could help me i’ll be greatfull
