# Installation Error- please help.

 * I’ve used earlier versions of WP in the past but just now decided to upgrade 
   to 2.0. I have followed all the instructions as usual. I am having problems installing
   and when I visit install.php, I recieve this message:
 * Warning: main(/home/candace/public_html/blog/wp-settings.php): failed to open
   stream: No such file or directory in /home/candace/public_html/blog/wp-config.
   php on line 20
 * Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/home/candace/public_html/blog/
   wp-settings.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/
   candace/public_html/blog/wp-config.php on line 20
