# Installation error

 * I am using windows 7 and trying to install wordpress on a wamp server.
 * After the installation process i get a blank screen with just the wordpress logo
   instead of a screen with the logo and userid and password.
 * Also if i check the database no user records are inserted and user table shows
   zero records.

 * Personally, I’d recommend using EasyPHP on Win7 rather than WAMP. It’s far easier

 * I am trying to instal WordPress on a sub-domain using Fantastico.
 * After asking the installation on the sub-domain I get the following message:
