 * Ok, I have searched and searched for this…
 * I have uploaded my files as ASCII,and I know that my hosting service uses php,
   and yet when I try to install I get the following error: Warning: main(ABSPATH/
   wp-admin/admin-functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/familydecker.org/httpdocs/leslie/wp-admin/upgrade-
   functions.php on line 3

 * Does that file definately exist? Can you make sure that all the files were uploaded
   correctly? Does it have the right permissions (644 should do it)?
