• The program has no active support method and the process for is quite cumbersome. I purchased a full license for the program and my account did not update to reflect the purchase. I then had to purchase a support token to send an email related to my license not being activated. There is no contact phone number for support. In other words, I had to pay for support to obtain the license that I already paid for….seems like a extremely poor business model. I can’t give a review on the functionality of this program because I simply can’t get it to install correctly. I looked through their support forum and others have had the same problem! I am skeptical about this company and its product.

    I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. It turns out here was some trouble with getting your account. It may help to know that since you have multiple accounts on your website, there was a bit of confusion over which one needed to be updated.
