I cannot find any signs of WordPress at that url. I suggest you delete your current install and try re-installing again.
Can that be because they have not created a database yet?
Who is “they”? You cannot complete the installation without a database.
I host the domain with att they see the wordpress in my public files and they are saying that there is not a database and that they need to create one, I was not sure that could really be the issue, they said they have been having issues with data base creations
Did the installation complete successfully? If “yes”, then you do have a database.
How do you know if the installation completed successfully? also this is a site built on any easysite wizard, we installed the wordpress to use the calender on a link from the easysite wizard is that possible?
You get a page telling you that WordPress was installed successfully.
this is a site built on any easysite wizard
That’s nothing to do with WordPress itself.
than no it did not, I will reinstall it and try again
where will I get this page at my link?
Sorry? I don’t understand the question…
What page? Have you reviewed Installing_WordPress?
yes, I have installed it twice now and each time I get a white screen at the end of my link
Where did you upload WordPress to on your domain?
Through filezila to my public folder filezilla said successful on all files and that was the outcome
