    I installed the LifterLMS core plugin (free) and it shows up in the list of installed plugins but no LifterLMS options show up in the dashboard. I never received a Set up screen after activating the plugin.

    I’m running the latest version of WordPress 5.1.1. and Twenty Nineteen theme. When I look at the “View Details” of the LifterLMS Labs plugin it says LifterLMS only supports up to 4.9.10 of WordPress. Is this my problem? If not, how do I get to a Set Up option? Should I uninstall and reinstall?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @pranadacom,

    LifterLMS works on WordPress 4.8 or later. We haven’t made an update to LifterLMS Labs in a while (because we just haven’t had to) so it’s possible that what you’re seeing is the last version we declared that we’ve TESTED the add-on against?

    In any event, LifterLMS LABS requires LifterLMS to function. It’s unclear to me whether you’re stating that LifterLMS OR LifterLMS Labs is causing you issues.

    If you are having issues with LABS please install the LifterLMS Core (use the link in this forum to download a copy or just search “LifterLMS” in the plugins screen on your WP install).

    The labs setup screen is found under the LifterLMS menu on the admin sidebar.

    If you’re not seeing LifterLMS in the sidebar and you have actually installed (and activated) the plugin can you please try disabling all other plugins to see if you’re a plugin conflict that’s causing our menu item to be overwritten by another plugin. It’s unlikely (but possible) that another plugin and LifterLMS both have the same menu item order and that’s causing ours to not display.

    Let me know if this helps,

    Thank you Thomas, My problem was I had not installed the core LifterLMS but the LifterLMS Labs. I don’t know how I got that zip file and not the core. I received several emails from you. I can say it definitely wasn’t clear in all the surfing I did on your site where to get the free core. Thank you for the clarification and sorting this out for me.
