Having problems installing on Crazy Domains.

    Message received:

    Install WordPress (2/3)

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'andrewjo'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1337215029.9503QbpHDGxLXW on line 1686
Access denied for user 'andrewjo'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

    Can you please help?

  2. Either you didn't grant the right access to that user account or the password is incorrect.

Look over these instructions once more.

I am experiencing the joy of this error as well. The passwords and permissions are correct - error remains. Style Chic, did you ever get it solved?

This is the database username and password, which may not be your FTP credentials, which may not be the credentials you use to login to your host's control panel.

As per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. Your problem - despite any similarity in symptoms - is likely to be completely different.

The problem has finally been resolved through Crazy Domains correcting something on their end. They seemed to know exactly what was going on.
