I’ve installed WordPress 5-6 times from scratch and am having a file not found error that is new to me. I use the 5 minute guide everytime and this is the first time that I’ve run into problems.

My password and database are correct in the config.php file.

I’ve removed the WordPress files and directories at least 10 times and new installs still encounter the same problem. I’ve tried older version of WordPress and get the same problem.

I’m not sure, but I think my problem results from being an add-on domain through webmasters.com. Off my primary domain, I already have an add-on domain that works great. (My main site is using WordPress as is the add-on domain.) This problem is when I’m trying to get a seond add-on domain to run WordPress. I don’t want to run the MU setup of WordPress. I want each site to be independant.

Could the problem be a result of the localhost in the config.php?

I’ve checked file permissions and they appear to be correct. If I move the readme file to the wp-admin directory, I can access them through the web.

The site I’m trying to get working is http://www.culverphotobooth.com. It is an add-on site to http://www.cgmphotography.com. I also has http://www.ginnysfrieday.com as an addon domain that is also running WordPress.

PLEASE HELP. This is driving me nuts.
