We tested the site and we isolated the issue, is the “Plus Addon for Elementor”, this plugin has some conflict with the image hover effects addon.
We will test the plugin in our local environment to reproduce the issue and we will update you.

You can try adding HTML in description input to get a button, you need to add the style for it.
