Install XMLRPC??

    I need to send out xmlrpc requests from our WP site to our CDN provider. I’ve downloaded the files for xmlrpc from their sourceforge site, but can’t find anywhere in the documentation where I need to upload the files to on the server.

    I can’t tell if it qualifies as a plugin or not. I have no clue what I’m supposed to do with these files.
