 * Using XP, following the tutorial Xampp and WordPress Install at Tamba2 [http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/xampp/](http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/xampp/),
   and got the following in the browser Fatal error: Call to undefined function 
   did_action() in C:\Program Files\xampplite\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.
   php on line 1345
