I wanted to experiment with both Drupal (sorry) and WP. I installed Drupal 7 on my computer using the Aquia Dev Desktop Control Panel. I was wondering if I could use the same panel to install WP 3.4.2? the Aquia Dev panel uses PHP 5.2.17 and mySQL 5.1.65. BTW, Aquia has a special version of Drupal that came with the Dev panel, but I also installed the core Drupal 7 on it using a different domain name.

I guess nobody here knows about the Aquia Damp Stack that I mentioned above. I just tried to load WP onto it and failed so I will do it the normal way. My reason for asking the above is that I didn’t want to have a number of server stacks which would simply duplicate PHP and mySQL that I already have on my computer.

    Thanks anyway
