Install WordPress on my domain

  • Hello!
I’m trying to get my http://www.ginack.org domain up to WordPress, but something is wrong. My English is bad, and i am not really good with this..
Can someone help me? Go to this site: http://ginack.org/ (my domain), and try to figure out whats wrong.
Something with my A-record ore something, but I don’t understand a shit.

    – Gina.

My English is pretty bad, sorry.. I’m a fiveteen years old girl from Norway.

[No bumping. If it’s that urgent, consider hiring someone.]

Contact your hosts for assistance. An A record issue is nothing to do with WordPress.

Gina, just copy and paste the error you got to your hosting provider and they will do all this for you as esmi said it’s not wordpress error.

    – First, try contacting the hosting provider if the database server is online / if they have any other problem at their end, or they made any changes to your account, or if there are any limitations/restrictions, if the hosting package is set to Windows and not Linux, etc .

    – double check your wp-config.php file settings for the database name, database username and database password. This is where most errors occur.

-Then check that you don’t need to change the database host from “localhost” to something else. You can get that info from your hosting provider.

-Check you have actually created a database with the same database name as is in your wp-config.php file.
-Last, but not least, if all that information is correct your database probably has a problem with it, and you may need to contact your hosting provider.
