    Hi,

I have a website at the mo but I need to build another site but I ony have one domain. Hosting it locally is not an option so I have to install WordPress in a subdirectory

    How do I do this?

    Thanks

just make a subfolder and in your cPanel create a subdomain and have it point to /yourfolder.

I read that wrong, I thought you said subdomain. Just create a new folder on your webspace and put the WP files in it. Make sure you change the database prefix to something other than _wp so you don’t have issues if you’re running both installations on one database.
