I have a basic windows account with GoDaddy.com. I have read through this support listing, and haven't found anything to solve this. I have setup the mysql db. I have configured the wp-config.php file per the intructions for Godaddy manager. I have uploaded WP files to the root. When I browse to the install location, the only thing returned is "page not found". http://www.lifeframed.com/wp-admin/install.php What should I do?

My guess is that you have uploaded the files outside of the web folder.

    public_html
    mainwebsite_html
    httpdocs
    www

All the above are web directories and you would double-click them and upload into the folder that then opens.

Are you sure you have uploaded all the files and the 4 subdirectories? Some things seem to be on the servers, others seem to be missing...

I have verified all the files. Everything, now, seems to be there, and I'm and still getting the same problem. I have all the files and directories in the root of the site, that would be in the same location as the home page. I'm still confused.

Ask the GD support - all the files seem correct from poking around (the readme.html, css etc) so I'd mail support.
