# Install problem(s) ?

 * Hi, I have downloaded the latest version and folloed all the instructions (as
   far as I can tell), but I get this error on my page:
 * Warning: require(/home/shawnwoo/public_html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]:
   failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/shawnwoo/public_html/
   wp-settings.php on line 21
 * Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/shawnwoo/
   public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/
   php’) in /home/shawnwoo/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21
 * Anyone know what I can do to resolve this? Sidenote, this is my first time installing
   WordPress so total newb here.

 * It seems that some files were not uploaded correctly, or got corrupted during
   the upload. Try re-uploading all the files.

 * thanks, you may be right. I did have some issues with the FTP client… think I
   need to try another one.

 * Don’t know why you are using but FileZilla is a good free solution.

 * thanks everyone. I ended up finding instructions on how to install it via my 
   Cpanel. About a million times easier than other methods.
