    You should follow this tutorial: Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory.
    Even if that guide talks about the root and one directory below, your situation is exactly the same – just everything is one level down 🙂

    Thanks for you incredibly quick reply. I’ve done everything on the page “Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory” and still get the error. Any ideas?

    Try to clear your cache, try Ctrl+F5…

    Well, I meant the blog is there – the 404 is because you don’t have any posts.
    You get 404 here, too:
    http://truthdaredoubledare.com/blog/wordpress/

    Make a post, don’t test an empty blog 🙂
