Support » Plugin: PressPlay Lite » Install Problem: Directory Name in Archive and in Code Do Not Match

When I downloaded and unzipped this, the top level directory in the archive is called “pressplay-lite,” but the code generated in wordpress posts and pages looks for its files beneath “pressplaylite”; as a result, nothing worked.
I deactivated the plugin, changed the directory name, reactivated it, and now it works as advertised—which is very nicely, BTW.
If it weren’t for the directory name glitch, this would be five stars.

Side note: with the directory name corrected, it also works fine in 3.7.1 AFAICT. So aside from the install problem, this is a very nice piece of software indeed.

Yep, I had the same problem as well. Ended up editing the pressplay.php file to fix the paths because I don’t have FTP access on this particular site. Hopefully the next version will fix that.

Same issue here as well. Changing the directory name fixed it. Worked on WP 3.8.1.

Sorry about that, guys. This is fixed in my update.
