# Install problem

    When i install the plugin i get this error:

 * I deleted the pluging, cleared up the database en re-installed the plugin again.
   Have some error agina.
    On an other website it works 100% and also when i test
   it on localhost… Is there something i missed or should be cleaned up? Due to 
   this error my website/webshop is “locked up”

 * Hi! I haven’t had reports of that error before, but I think there can be two 
   reasons:
    1) Your server security is very strict and doesn’t let the plugin check
   for file existence. You could contact the host and ask if this can be made less
   strict. 2) Another thing that I noticed is that for some reason there’s a strange
   mix of forward and backward slashes in the template path:
 *     ```
       /www/htdocs/herbalin\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/pdf/Simple/template-functions.php
       ```
   
 * Was this site moved from a windows/iis server to a linux/apache server or the
   other way around?
 * Either way I think turning off WP_DEBUG on your site would fix the headers already
   sent error.

 * Thanx for your fast response.
 * 1. The site was made on localhost (Xampp) and than moved to a server with Linux/
   Apache. I do this always and have had normally problems in the past.
    2. WP_DEBIUG
   is already off
 * Even when I un-install the plugin and re-install it again, it seems that some
   information is kept from a earlier installation: some fields from the earlier
   installtion and the logo are shown.
    Perhaps that results in hassling up the 
   slashes. Is there a file or something that “remembers|”the old settings? I can
   find no (sub-)dir in the tree. In the database perhaps? ?? I “cleaned” the database
   with 1Click Optimize Database from Rolf van Gelder

 * Problem solved.
    Site moved to other server by hoster. Now php 5.6 Everything
   works fine now

 * Glad to hear it all works now 🙂
    The plugin doesn’t store any settings in a 
   file, it’s all in the database. Sometimes after moving the site you need to resave
   the template settings so that it selects the proper location for the template,
   this could have been part of it. I guess we’ll never find out, but at least it’s
   all working again.
