install problem

I have a wordpress site hosted on my synology ds411+. I managed to install the plugin after creating a user with ftp rights (that was my first problem). The osm plugin installed after that but when I go to the site it has loads of error text.

I am unsure what to do now.

MY goal is to have a world map that links to a small db that can show on a map where ex pats are in the world who left Dover.

The osm plugin looked promising for that.
