    I have the downloaded the wp zip-file and I have changed the config file
   and uploaded everything. But when I run the install.php file I gte this msg, 
   does anyone know what I should do? /////message////// wp-config.php file. I need
   this before we can get started. Need more help? We got it. You can create a wp-
   config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn’t work for all server
   setups. The safest way is to manually create the file.”); require_once(‘../wp-
   config.php’); require(‘upgrade-functions.php’); if (isset($_GET[‘step’])) $step

 * What do you mean by “changed the config file”? In the downloaded package there
   is a **sample** config file. Did you rename it and put the changes in? Seemingly
   not… since the install script cannot find it.
