# Install Plugins Screen broken

 * After updating to V4.9 and clicking on Details at the “install plugins” Screen,
   the viewport moves me to the button and I can not scroll up anymore.
 * I followed all Guidelines to fix wordpress.

 * Try disabling all plugins via FTP by changing the folder name – Also try default
   WP theme
