 * Please help me. When I install plugins WP Clone by WP Academy 2.1.8 in wp-admin
   I get an error message :
    ============================================= Downloading
   install package from [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-clone-by-wp-academy.2.1.8.zip…](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-clone-by-wp-academy.2.1.8.zip…)
 * Download failed. Could not open handle for fopen() to /tmp/wp-clone-by-wp-academy.
   tmp
 * Return to Plugin Installer

   Please Help Me ? I can’t Install that

 * It sounds like a php.ini setting.
 * You’ll want to check your PHP settings; and make sure you have **allow_url_fopen**
   set to **on**.
 * If you do not know what that is; your hosting provider should be able to help.
