# Install parse error

 * downloaded latest version, followed upload instructions, tried to run install.
   php, received following error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in D:\Inetpub\cherryhillha\wordpress\
   wp-includes\formatting.php on line 96
 * Initial wordpress install screen does not come up. What am I doing wrong? My 
   host is crystaltech.

 * I would suggest reuploading your files, maybe what got uploaded is not completely
   intact.
