Install fails

    Hello,

    install fails. This is the error message : Installation failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Can’t install it via FTP either.

    Any idea ?

    And another question, is it possible to transfer a license from a website to another one ?

    Hello,

    Regarding error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”, this type of issue happen due to plugin zip file properly not downloaded. So, kindly download the ARMember plugin again and after that, please upload the plugin and it should work without an issue.

    Regarding transfer license, as you are using ARMember pro plugin so kindly open support ticket from https://support.arpluginshop.com after that, ARMember pro plugin support staff will assist you further.
