# Install Error – Can’t select database

 * When I go to [http://mysite.co.cc/](http://mysite.co.cc/) and I select the carpet
   WordPress and I start the installation then I finish my installation and it says
   this:
 * We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and
   password is okay) but not able to select the wordpress database.
 *  * Are you sure it exists?
    * Does the user host3_2452471 have permission to 
   use the wordpress database? * On some systems the name of your database is prefixed
   with your username, so it would be like username_wordpress. Could that be the
   problem?
 * Help!! I don’t know what to do What I need to put in the Table Prefix?
    and in
   the datebase name. help!!!
