# Install doesn’t work

 * I’ve uploaded WordPress completely, and configured wp-config.php.
 * When I go to my site I get this error:
 *     ```
       Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /www/110mb.com/j/o/b/l/o/_/_/_/joblo/htdocs/wordpress/wp-blog-header.php on line 16
       ```
   
 * When I go to /wp-admin/install.php I get this error:
 *     ```
       Warning: require_once(ABSPATH/wp-admin/admin-functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/110mb.com/j/o/b/l/o/_/_/_/joblo/htdocs/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php on line 5
   
       Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'ABSPATH/wp-admin/admin-functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /www/110mb.com/j/o/b/l/o/_/_/_/joblo/htdocs/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php on line 5
       ```
   
 * How can I install WordPress?
