Incredibly easy! But major IE Issue.

    Install this plugin and you’re done. It also has great customization options as well! But the arrow icon does not appear in IE7/8. You can use text instead, but it doesn’t look as nice. I have to use the manual jQuery plugin from the developer’s website until this is fixed.
