That’s a very vague question without any specific details about what you’re trying to ask……
Are there settings for WC Vendors? Yes. wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors
There’s also a wealth of information @ http://www.wcvendors.com/knowledgebase/ including a setup guide, extra tweaks, troubleshooting, etc…..

Not appear > WC Vendors in Woocommerce menu.

I’ve never seen or heard of this issue ever, which means it’s most likely an issue with your site somewhere.
Is WC Vendors activated?
https://www.wcvendors.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/06.png < That is what you should be seeing when the plugin is activated.
If you don’t, disable other plugins except WooCommerce and WC Vendors. Do you see it now? If yes, then another plugin is causing you UI conflicts somewhere.

I disabled all pulgins except WooCommerce and WC Vendors and is still missing.
Vendors WC is on.
My WordPress is in multisite.
Also you uninstall WC Vendors and I returned to install and nothing. My hosting php is 5.6 (if it is important).
Aah. Multisite. WC Vendors is not multisite compatible.

I thought to be similar to Ebay or Etsy site had to be in multisite. If not needed, disable it so I can use WC Vendor. I did not see this incompatibility in your instructions. I’m sorry.

WooCommerce isnt even Multisite compatible. You would find that you have problems with about 90% of Woo plugins for this reason. No need to be sorry at all, try on a regular installation and all should be well. 🙂
