install an existing blog

I built a blog/web site in WordPress to see if I could do it. I’m pretty pleased with what I’ve done. I registered it as HVCMC.wordpress.com (because that was free). Now I want to move it to a site HVCMC already owns, HVCMC.org, at a host called Tucows (Fat Cow). I’ve read the relevant docs but they seem to cover starting new blogs from scratch. Is there any way to transfer the blog I’ve built to the existing site?
