Install a theme?

    I’m sure this has been asked a million times, but please bare with me, I’m brand new to this!

    I’ve created a blog on WordPress.com (not org)
    (if this makes a difference)

    and I want to install a theme but the tab isn’t there? I’ve purchased the bundle package from WP for $99 thinking that was the issue and didnt mind parting with the cash for the other perks.

    what am I doing wrong? what am I not understanding? Am I just embarrassing myself?
