 * i am unsure how to upload the ‘responsive-header-image-slider’ folder to the ‘/
   wp-content/plugins/’ directory. i thought i did it correctly, but i can’t get
   the option to edit the header to show up in my dashboard menus.

 * Go to Plugins > add new > searcj for “SP Responsive header image slider”
 * Once installed, activate the plugin
