# Instagram Widget

 * this support documents instructions don’t address why I can’t find Instagram 
   in my list of widgets. is it because my theme doesn’t allow it, or because I 
   need to download it somewhere? if the latter, am I really missing the download
   link (I looked over the document several times).
 * I would appreciate any help. everything I’ve found so far seems to just be third
   party plugins rather than actual widgets.

 * Due to the differences between the various site hosting plans offered at wordpress.
   com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here,
   you should probably ask [WordPress.com Support](https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/)
   instead.

   no place to download what seems to be a native component of the software?

 * It’s hosted on my own website. according to the instructions in the page I linked,
   it says to click on the instagram widget. for me, there is not an instagram widget.
   so I’m wondering if the instructions on the instagram support page fail to mention
   that I first have to download one, or if I’m missing a component that should 
   be bundled in the software by default.
