Instagram Video Screencast

    I’ve entered my IG client ID and need to add a video screencast to get it out of sandbox mode but when I click the IG link, it does nothing but take me to my page IG profile. Is there something else that needs to happen to get it out of sandbox mode?

    Thank you for the prompt response, the plugin is great.

    The IG button on the top and bottom of all posts. Here is an example page:

    I followed the instructions for Instagram itself and submitted a video of me clicking the button and it just taking me straight to IG without sharing anything. Not sure if you can advise me further what is needed to get this to work.

    Instagram icon just takes website visitors to your Instagram page. You need to save Instagram account handle in Instagram Username option in Standard Interface section at Super Socializer > Social Sharing page in admin area. We have mentioned this in FAQ section at Super Socializer > Social Sharing page.

    Okay so I’ve already done that. So there is no functionality to share a post to IG currently due to IG policy correct? Thanks so much for the support.

    Yes, Instagram doesn’t have any API to share content on Instagram profile.
