Instagram User ID Not Listed

Hi,

Having an issue with #7 in the instructions…

…when I log in to authenticate Instagram, I am not returned to the Easy Instagram settings page so I can’t see my User ID. When I manually return to the settings page, there is no ID listed, just the “Login” link.
