# Instagram not eligible

 * I’ve managed to connect my woocommerce website to Facebook using your amazing
   plugin but during the configuration wizard, I couldn’t connect to my Instagram
   account its saying Eligible note that the account I’m using during my configuration
   has full access permission on all my business manager settings and accounts.
 * Please advise what I need to check to solve this issue ?

 * Could you please share the complete screenshot of the error notice saying the
   account isn’t eligible?

 * Additionally, as far as what I understood, Instagram account eligibility beyond
   our scope of support. It’s entirely depending on Instagram’s own policy.
