So, i tried to add a Instagram Account and actually nothing happens. 🙁

I pay for both software, SNAP API Pro ($99) and SNAP API Run-Time Embedded libraries ($49) a total of $148 dls. And the sad part is that i can’t get support from the official support ticket system you guys have. I purchased this two on Sunday morning and i’ve been asking for help in your ticketing system and get nothing.
Can you please help me, i need to use your Software witch i already pay for. I deserve more support from you guys. I can’t believe i have to come here to complain and ask for support from a payed software.

When i tried to activated the Instagram Module it never show up in the panel, it looks like is trying to show it but nothing happens. Here’s my info of your plugin:

Could you please explain what do you mean “i tried to activated the Instagram Module it never show up in the panel”.
Are you saying that you clicked “Add new account” button, chose instagram, filled username/password clicked “Add Account” and it wasn’t added to the list of networks?
Two possible reasons:
1. Your caching plugin messes it up. Please clean the cache or disable it.
2. Your browser messes it up. Please try another browser.

1.- I disable my cache plugin, even cloudflare
2.- I already did, with 3 different computers and different browsers
And Instagram Module wasn’t added to the list of networks, sadly
Is there any way you can login and take a look?

I am not sure what was the reason, but the problem was not with Instagram or even SNAP.
As I suspected it was cache.
Basically your site was completely disconnected from the database by cache. I don’t see any caching plugins installed, but your settings were stuck in cache. New network went to cache and never went to the actual database table.
as soon as I did wp_cache_flush(); (https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_cache_flush/) problem was resolved.

Yes, now Instagram is working. And i got to say THANK YOU because it is working very nice.
But when i tried to connect my YouTube Account it happens the same thing that happen before. Can you please tell me how to use the wp_cahce_flush(); so i can do this every time this happens.
