Instagram Feed Not Showing Up On Site

I’ve been trying to add this to my site for hours. I am new to WordPress and haven’t coded in years. I downloaded a theme that already had an instagram option in the footer, but my pictures would not load. I then activated the “Instagram Feed” plug in, however it’s not giving me an option to add it to my footer.

What do I do to fix this?
