Instagram feed not showing up

    The free version of Instagram Feed is no longer showing up on this site or several of the others that I’ve been working with. I’ve tried direct connection, I’ve tried the “Blue button doesn’t work” option, I even tried generating an access token. What on earth is going on? I’m lost!

    The only error I keep getting is:

    Instagram Feed is encountering an error and your feeds may not be updating due to the following reasons:

    Error connecting to https://graph.instagram.com/17841403347417593/media?fields=media_url,thumbnail_url,caption,id,media_type,timestamp,username,comments_count,like_count,permalink,children{media_url,id,media_type,timestamp,permalink,thumbnail_url}&limit=20&access_token=IGQVJWY0FOSkw5R1BmNFBNUG13WUpmNE9vV0xqeDBja3BmRVA5YjJodWRUQWc4eUlZAeTd4d0RTWWZAJcGZAhYm1FX0x3aVcwQkFJUHU1TksyVXpHZA19fOWVZAdmlwM09SbW44ZAmZAKY2ZA3. http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds |

    Please tell me how to fix this. I feel like it’s something simple that I’m missing!

    This has been a complete disaster. This plugin is not working on multiple plugins. My web host has confirmed that it’s a plugin problem since all the affected sites have this error in common:

    [22-Apr-2020 01:18:19 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: result in /home/leafymeadows/public_html/wp-content/plugins/instagram-feed/inc/class-sb-instagram-api-connect.php on line 187

    Please advise. I’m just asking you to fix your software. I want this nightmare to end.

    Sorry for the frustration here! It looks like you submitted a support ticket. I just sent a response. I believe something changed with your host and what URLs it’s allowing remote requests to. We can troubleshoot this further in the ticket.
