Hey Joanne,
Is the shortcode for the feed still added to this page somewhere? I’m not seeing any sign of it at the moment.
Try adding [instagram-feed] wherever you would like the feed. It may have been removed accidentally.

Yes it is in a widget on the right side bar. Same place as it was before. If I add a colour boarder to it, I will see the boarder but not the feed.
I just put a black boarder on it so that you can see it on the right side bar of any of the pages. The boarder is there but no feed.
thx
Thanks for setting this up!
It looks like something may have gone wrong with your JavaScript minification that is part of your optimization plugin you use. Can you disable Autoptomize to see if it fixes the issue? You could try activating it again afterward to see if something just needed to be reset.
Thanks,
Craig
Hi, Great, thank you!
It is getting closer… now you need to scrool to see the feed whereas before you didn’t.
Thanks again!
Great!
Is it possible that you changed some setting when the feed wasn’t showing up? Try going to the “Customize” tab and changing the “height of feed” setting to a blank space.
Hi team,
Same issue, My Feed was showing perfectly but was not refreshing the feed images.
I empited the plugin Cache and now the Feed is not showwing. This is the error message:
“”””””Unable to show Instagram photos
Instagram Feed Error
Error: Access Token is not valid or has expired
This error message is only visible to WordPress admins
There’s an issue with the Instagram Access Token that you are using. Please obtain a new Access Token on the plugin’s Settings page.
If you continue to have an issue with your Access Token then please see this FAQ for more information.”””
I am not able to get a new token either to try to fix this.
Any idea?
Thank you
David.
Hey David,
Sorry about the issue here! Could you send a link to the page with the feed on it as well as your “System Info” from the Support tab using our support form (don’t post these here)?

Hey Craig,
I have an problem wich despairs me.
I just changed the instagram password on the IG app afterwards – I checked my website if there are any changes.
It showed me the notification with “backup feed cache”.
Then I just tried to connect the instagram again to keep the api token up to date.
But it shows me when I use to click on the connect button – that there is a connection problem – ” sorry, this page isn’t available.
The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.
I tried a lot, but can’t figure it out what the problem is.
Please help me🙏
