Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.

Hello,
I think the confusion was when support were advising people the fix was complete and everything should be working, when nothing is working still.
Understand these things take time, but users I think were becoming frustrated at being told it was fixed when it wasn’t.
Just my opinion, hopefully a fix arrive soon for this.
Forum moderators, @southernfriedamusements, have nothing to do with actually supporting the plugin. We’re just keeping the forums neat.
