    Hi there 🙂

I absolutely love your plugin and have been using it happily for a while!!

Unfortunately, it recently stopped working. I had to relink my account, which I did but posts didn’t load. I then rolled back to an older version but the error persists.

So I updated it again and posted this request.

You guys have the only plugin on the market that actually works and looks good. I hope you can help me fix this (I’d hate having to switch to an inferior alternative :[ ).

    I’m running WordPress 4.9.7 and PHP 7.1

Let me know if you need any other information.

Thanks again and I hope to hear back from you soon.

    Hey Toby,

Is the feed supposed to be in the footer here? https://snag.gy/hOCeHD.jpg

I’m not seeing any sign of our shortcode being used. Try checking the text widget in this widget area for [instagram-feed]

Let me know if this isn’t the issue!

    Hey Craig,

Thanks for getting back to me 🙂

Yeah, that’s where it’s meant to show. The shortcode is there but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to do anything.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to fix this.

    Thanks!

    Hey Tobias,

This would seem to be more of a theme issue then. If you add the shortcode to a new blank page, does the feed show up just fine?

    Hey Craig!

Thanks for that! Unfortunately, it didn’t work on a new page either, just tried it.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hello again,

It looks like the CSS file for the plugin is not being included in your CSS cache/minification on your site. The images are loading just not visible due to no styling being added.

Do you have any way to reset your CDN or anything that caches/minifies/optimizes code?

    Hi Craig!
Fantastic 🙂 I fixed the minify config and it works again.

    Thanks for the superb support!

    No problem! Happy to help.

No obligation or anything but we always appreciate reviews.

Let me know if you ever need anything else.

    Thanks,

    Craig
