    Hello !

I recently changed WP Instagram plugin for the cool Instagram Feed.

I followed instructions to set it on my website, in the sidebar by including the tag in a text.
When i’m connected, the feed is displayed perfectly with the configuration i chose but as a guest it doesn’t work at all.

I tried everything and checked threads in this forum but nothing worked.
Could you help me to fix it please ?

The plug-in should appear above “Zapping” header in the sidebar.
Here is my website : http://www.spinzshowroom.com

    Hello,

Glad you are trying out our plugin! It looks like your feed is trying to load on the page but there are several javascript errors on your page that are most likely interfering (screenshot). If you can take care of those errors our plugin should start working for you.

Let me know if you need any more help with this!

Hello and thanks for your help !

Yes i have seen these error by using google tool but i was not sure it was the cause of it.

As i’m a newb into javascript, do you have by any chance a clue to fix it ?

edit : i just add a debugging script like it is suggested in https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors but it didn’t work

    Thanks

    Best regards,

    Hey Spinzshowroom,

It looks like the issue may be caused by a caching plugin you’re using. Try deactivating your caching plugin and see whether that removes the JavaScript errors for you. Caching plugins tend to only cache pages for logged-out users which would explain why you’re not seeing the issue when logged in. Our plugin relies on JavaScript to load in the images from Instagram and so any JavaScript errors on your page would prevent JavaScript from running successfully and prevent the plugin from working.

Let us know whether that resolves the problem for you.

    Hello !

I just disabled JS Minifier in W3 Total Cache and suddenly the magic occurred !

Thanks you so much especially since nothing obligate you to assist Instagram Feed plug-in users with their own problems !

    Best regards,
