    Hi there,

I’m getting the following error on an Instagram feed – “Feed Them Social (Notice visible to Admin only). Instagram returned: This endpoint has been retired”.

I have tried revoking access to “Feed Them Social by SlickRemix”, clearing the cache, getting a new access token and shortcode but I’m still seeing this issue on the front end. Could you help please?

    Many thanks,

    Andrea

Thanks for all the info. What is the shortcode you are trying to use?

Hi, thanks for your reply and apologies for the delay – I didn’t get a notification through.

    Shortcode is [fts_instagram instagram_id=3768177838 pics_count=6 type=user profile_wrap=no popup=no super_gallery=yes columns=2 force_columns=no space_between_photos=2px icon_size=65px hide_date_likes_comments=no]

    Hey @andreajbradley,
Yea WordPress.orgs notification system is kinda bad. We have issues with it also sometimes. As for the shortcode just curious are you using an access token created by the account you are trying to display?

    Thanks,

    Hi Justin,

It is yes, although they used to have a different account but since connecting to the new account (which has 5 photos – last one Aug 18) I’ve cleared the cache and got a new access token and shortcode. It’s definitely the right ID number.

I do have the premium version on there too (v1.7.2). I’m going to renew it once I know the site is almost ready for launch. Could that have anything to do with it?

Justin, I’m so sorry – although I’d created a custom field for the insta feed shortcode, it was also hard-coded into the template file – hence I wasn’t updating the feed with the new ID. Apologies for wasting your time and thank you for the brilliant support. Andrea
