  • Hello,

    Pro customer here. We cannot post to instagram anymore, we receive the error of a checkpoint where we need to verify something on instagram. When we log on to instagram, it asks us whether it was us who attempted to login from our server IP (which was SNAP), and we verify that it was us, and normally we expect everything should be ok. Then on the next instagram post, there is a checkpoint error again.

    Here is a sample entry from the log:

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank for your response. I tried that in the link and I get the same error (text) in the submit test window:

    My Plugin Version: 4.1.1 [Pro]
    and API Version: 2.28.19

    If this is about the API, I don’t know how to update it. If it’s about something else, well I don’t know it either.

    I managed to update the API and verify instagram through the plugin by entering code.

    Now when I submit a test post, this is what I get:

    Status of all current Instagram issues: https://www.nextscripts.com/known-issues/

    I have posted in there. My issue is listed under the known issues (2nd one). Does that mean I need to wait until the next update?

    I guess this silence means “You won’t be able to autopost to Instagram until we update the plugin in an unforeseeable future”.

    We are aware of all the issues and we are working on them. As soon as we fix them we will release a new version of API and/or plugin.

    Still no solution? Cannot use instagram anymore. How difficult could this be to fix? It’s been weeks.

    The fix was released quite some time ago. There are no issues with Instagram right now.
