    I am observing an instable MailPoet installation.
    After installation, I got a fatal error on my website.
    A plugin conflict test indicated Branda Pro plugin as conflict. I deactivated, and got back in.

    Then I defined my first list.
    I got an error message like “An error occurred, response code 500”. (Original message is not in English). Plugin conflict test resulted in a conflict with Akismet.
    I deactivated and defined my lists.

    I then created my form.
    Again error message, response code 500. This time a conflict with the Beehive Pro plugin. Deactivated, and created my form.

    Tried with theme 2019. Again response code 500.

    I am using MailPoet on other websites, too, with many same plugins, without problems.
    Just completely lost how to resolve.

    Please advise.

    Hi @eddypiv,

    An error code 500 can be caused by any number of things.

    You can turn on the WP_DEBUG mode to see an actual error message which can give us a hint of what the real error is, like a low memory limit, for example.

    If that’s the case, it might be that the conflicts you’re mentioning are not exactly conflicts, but plugins that are also running many tasks just like the MailPoet plugin and exceeding the memory limit you have set for your website.

    You should contact your host’s support and ask them for further assistance with increasing the memory limit in this case.

    Yes, extending memory limit resolved the issue.
