    Hi,

Your plugin does EXACTLY of what is being requested by one of our clients – however, some of the information they’re requesting is sensitive/private information .. in addition to the website your plugin will be featured in being https, emails to/from site are smtp, I was wondering if you could share insight/details on any security measures applied or available via your plugin regarding protection of sensitive information.

    Thank you!

    Hello Gail,

Security of information is provided by PDFfiller online platform on one side (as you’re embedding fillable fields from interactive fillable forms stored in your PDFfiller account; PDFfiller platform works via https and the files are securely stored in the cloud storage) and WordPress platform on the other side (your WordPress website stores PDFfiller authorisation details ClientId, Client Secret and password that’s used to interact with PDFfiller).

    Hopefully this answers it.

It does somewhat .. and my apologies if I’m not fully understanding. Client is more concerned about the ‘content’ entered/submitted via web-form, via contact-form-7 (e.g. drivers license, background info, occupation info, etc.) and I was wondering if PDFFiller provides additional security for content received from Contact Form 7 and generated to a pdf via PDFFiller. Or is this covered by “https and the files are securely stored in the cloud storage”? Just wanting to be sure, thanks again.

    Hello Gail,

there’s no additional security to what’s been mentioned. traffic going though https should secure the data as you expect
